16th SPS meeting

We are excited to welcome you to the 16th annual Swedish Proteomics Society (SPS) symposium in Stockholm.

The overall theme of the meeting is Proteogenomics and this will serve as a platform for scientific interactions, discussions and debates, challenging the scientific frontiers in modern clinical, preclinical and biological proteomics research.
Our aim of the 16th Symposium is to bring participants, with expertise within the clinical, and health care field, as well as Proteomics scientists, together to exchange cutting edge developments and to build new cross functional links. The program consists of a mix of front line speakers from the Biotech Industry, Academia, National Research Societies and Instrumental companies. A poster session will provide the opportunity to present the latest results from your lab.

We encourage especially young scientists to participate in the meeting and there will be a prestigious award for the best poster. For those that want to expand their knowledge base about Proteogenomics there will be a workshop before the meeting 11-12 of November. We hope that YOU will join us in Stockholm for what we believe, will very exciting and educational days!

Young investigator award

The purpose of the awards is to promote academic research by young scientists in the field of Proteomics.

In order to participate in the competition for the Young investigator Award you need to submit an abstract to SPS 2017, before September 5th, 2017

Abstract information

The Scientific Committee welcomes you to submit an abstract to the Swedish Proteomics Society Symposium 2017. Accepted abstracts will be selected for oral (2) or poster presentation. There will be a Young Investigator Award for best abstract.
