Clinical Trial Agreements and other contracts – in a Nordic setting!

Processes and steps involved in set-up and negotiation of Clinical Trial Agreements as well as other contracts and budget. Legal matters, what to consider, what are the common pitfalls. Example situations, practical tips and strategies to avoid any pitfalls and have a smooth and quick process from preparation until signed agreement.

Who should attend

For you working in Industry, CRO or site coming into contact with or setting up different kinds of agreements and budgets in Clinical Trials. You may be junior in the field or needing inspiration and tips from senior experts on how to make the process quick and smooth.

Learning objectives

Gain some knowledge about the legal framework and especially the practicalities, typical tools and best practices when working with agreements and budgets as well as strategies how to overcome common delays or pitfalls when negotiating clinical trial agreements.

The instructors are senior experts in the field having worked at both site, CRO and Pharma with contract set-up and negotiations, across the Nordic region. They will share from their vaste experience both success stories, tactics to avoid and tactics to copy!

Time and venue

The course is held at Westmanska, Wallingatan 2 in Stockholm. Starting at 09:00 with Registration and Breakfast. Finishing at 16:30.

Participation fee & Registration

6.400 SEK until 06th Jan 2019 and thereafter 7.500 SEK. Digital documentation, certificate in digital format, lunch and coffee/refreshments are included. Printed documentation can be booked for an extra cost of 500 SEK. Excluding accomodation. All prices are excluding 25% VAT. In order for us to offer all our participants the best possible service, please register your application no later than 72 hours before the start of the activity. Participant list

We usually share a list of participants during the course. Many participants request these lists when taking our courses and we see networking as an important part of the professional development. With reference to this, we assume that our participants have an interest in us sharing the list and the lawfulness of processing the personal data is therefore the legitimate interest.
