Who should attend?

This course is designed for professionals in for example regulatory, medical, or other roles who need to understand the basics of ethical regulations. It is also suitable for those who are new to the pharmaceutical industry. Awareness of ethical guidelines and regulations are valid to most employees in administrative functions within the pharmaceutical industry. After completing this course, you will understand how these regulations may affect your role.

If your role involves marketing or sales with strategic and/or hands-on responsibility for advertising, promotion, or event planning, we recommend the “IMA-course” for a more relevant foundation in decision-making and action. The IMA-course also includes a final examination leading to a certificate. The Information Officer must always have completed training in marketing law (IMA training arranged by LIF/Läkemedelsakademin) and passed the examination.

Learning goals

Upon completing the course, you will be familiar with the rules and guidelines, including LER, that govern the promotion of medicines and interactions with healthcare professionals and the general public in Sweden. You will also understand the importance of LER rules for maintaining the company’s credibility and trust in the industry, as well as their impact on employees across various organizational roles.

En välskriven sammanfattning av LER! Lagom nyanserad innehåll. Tydlig röd tråd.
