Professionals working with or interested in clinical trials in the Nordic region will benefit from attending the conference. We welcome persons with a more strategic responsibility in their organizations as well as operational professionals. You may work in the following sectors: health care, academia, the biopharmaceutical industry, contract research companies or other service organizations as well as politicians and government officials.

The program is developed in cooperation with the Association of the Pharmaceutical Industry in Norway, the Pharma Industry Finland, Lif Demnark, LIF Sweden, the Swedish Medical Products Agency and the Swedish Society for Clinical Trials.

The conference takes place at  Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, Oslo
Only a few steps from Oslo Central station where airport train stops. The conference starts on November 18 at 09.30 hrs with registration from 09.00 hrs and ends at 15.30 hrs November 19.

Booking deadline: Friday 19th of October 2019. Rooms that’s not reserved within the booking deadline will be released.
Guests can book rooms according to this agreement after the deadline upon availability for the same room category.

Payment: Each guest pays directly upon departure.
Guarantee: Rooms are not guaranteed for late arrival. We prefer that guests guarantee for late arrival by entering credit card details upon booking. Rooms that are not guaranteed for late arrival will be automatically cancelled at 18.00
Cancellation: The rooms can be cancelled free of charged until 18.00 on the day of arrival.
